We ship orders Monday-Friday and orders will ship the same day as long as it is placed by noon CST. Any orders arriving after noon CST will ship the next business day (Monday-Friday). Depending on your shipping selection you will receive your order in one of the following timeframes after your order has been packed:

Priority Mail, USPS (1-5 business days)
FedEx* (1-4 business days)

In December 2022, we made the decision to split our brands and give them each their own identities out in the world. This means our websites are now separate which allows for a clearer brand and customer experience on each site. Plus, we've also been able to restructure our shipping prices to help everyone save this way!

Gift cards for each site will now be separate. If you purchased a holiday gift card and your recipient would like to use it on the other site, we're happy to help with that! Please email our Customer Service Team at

Free Shipping is available in the contiguous United States once your cart total reaches $30 (after discount codes are applied).

If you cannot find the product listed on our site, then it's no longer available. However, it may still be found through our retail partners (check our store locator) or our Amazon store.

Sorry, at this time we do not have the ability to ship internationally. However; if you live in Canada please visit Natura Market to purchase some Noble Made items.

Product & Ingredient Information

At The New Primal, we’ve chosen to work with manufacturing partners that assist us in bringing our products to life. This includes the production of our products. Your safety is our number one priority and we want to be as transparent as possible when discussing allergens. Each one of our condiments and seasonings co-manufacturing facilities falls in compliance with government-regulated procedures set forth by the FDA.

Our products are manufactured in facilities that may house some or all of the following: tree nuts, peanuts, soy, coconuts, dairy, sesame, wheat, soy, celery, mustard, shellfish, fish, and sulfites. Our products may use the same equipment as the previously mentioned ingredients. However; there are rigorous cleaning procedures in place for each facility and all allergens are kept separate from non-allergen ingredients and highlighted as such. When products that contain an allergen are produced there is a complete sanitation process prior to another product being produced to mitigate the risk of cross-contamination.

Yes, once opened we recommend refrigerating all of our bottled items and using them within 30 days.

Yes. Our Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce includes dairy ingredients - parmesan and whey protein concentrate. 

Yes, all of our bottled items except for our Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce. Our Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce contains parmesan and whey protein concentrate so it is not vegan.

Yes! Any product labeled USDA Organic is also Non-GMO. 

The use of genetic engineering, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs), is prohibited in organic products. To meet the USDA organic regulations, farmers and processors must show they aren’t using GMOs and that they are protecting their products from contact with prohibited substances, such as GMOs, from farm to table.

Additionally, we have some products that are verified with the Non-GMO Project. You can view their list of verified products on their site - to view our products specifically, you can search our brands The New Primal and Noble Made. 

None of our products are certified Kosher at this time.

It is a “primary grown" yeast produced in a medium rich in riboflavin. It has been deactivated by heat and roller dried. The result is yellow-colored flakes with nutty or cheesy flavor notes. Our nutritional yeast is not fortified.

Our Buffalo sauces use white distilled vinegar and our BBQ Sauces, Marinades, and Tomato Ketchup contain apple cider vinegar. Our Dressings use a combination of both depending on the specific product. The distilled vinegar is derived from the acetous fermentation of dilute distilled ethyl alcohol from corn.

Tapioca is a starch extracted from the storage root of the cassava plant.
