July 2, 2024 by Faith Geiger - SheFinds.com

To support her thyroid and kickstart her weight loss, Courtney made significant dietary changes—and one recipe in particular was a game-changer. “The first thing I did to start supporting my thyroid and hopefully start losing weight was pulling out gluten and dairy. And this was one of my favorite recipes at that time. Super high-protein, so easy and so satiating.”

This high-protein dinner bowl is packed with nutrients and flavors while being gluten- and dairy-free, making it suitable for those with dietary restrictions or autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s. The lean ground beef provides a substantial amount of protein, essential for muscle growth, repair, and maintenance. Protein is also known to enhance satiety, helping to control appetite and reduce overall calorie intake.
