Buffalo Mac and Cheese

(Gluten Free)

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 4 servings



2 tsp Nutritional Yeast

2 tbsp Noble Made Classic Buffalo Seasoning

2 cups Almond Milk

3 cups Shredded Cheese*

 3 tbsp Butter*

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

8 oz Grain-Free Jovial Pasta



  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain when done, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
  2. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  3. In a small pot, melt butter and add salt, pepper, Noble Made Classic Buffalo Seasoning, and Nutritional Yeast. Whisk in dairy-free milk.
  4. Add shredded cheese and cook over low/medium heat for 2-3 minutes, whisking frequently.
  5. Stir in the macaroni and mix together.
  6. Place macaroni and cheese sauce into an 8x8 casserole dish. Top with a few shakes of Noble Made Classic Buffalo Seasoning.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes uncovered, or until the cheese is bubbling and beginning to brown.

Optional: Add a drizzle of Noble Made Buffalo Sauce!
