Everything Bacon and Egg Cups
(Whole30, Paleo, Keto, Gluten Free)

Yield: 4 servings
8 slices Bacon
2/3 tsp Avocado Oil
1 1/s tbsp Noble Made Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- In a large pan over medium heat, cook bacon for 4-6 minutes until cooked through, but still bendable. You DON'T want it to be crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Oil the cups of the muffin pan. Line each of the cups with a ring of cooked bacon.
- Crack an egg into the center of each bacon ring. Season with Noble Made Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until egg yolks have set.
- Remove from the muffin tins and enjoy!
