Everything Bacon and Egg Cups

(Whole30, Paleo, Keto, Gluten Free)

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

 

Ingredients

8 slices Bacon

2/3 tsp Avocado Oil

8 Eggs

1 1/s tbsp Noble Made Everything Bagel Seasoning

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. 
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, cook bacon for 4-6 minutes until cooked through, but still bendable. You DON'T want it to be crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Oil the cups of the muffin pan. Line each of the cups with a ring of cooked bacon. 
  4. Crack an egg into the center of each bacon ring. Season with Noble Made Everything Bagel Seasoning
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until egg yolks have set.
  6. Remove from the muffin tins and enjoy!
