These Carolina pulled pork nachos are a southern bbq twist on your typical nachos.

Yield: 4-6 Servings
INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups Pulled Pork, Cooked
1/3 cup Noble Made Mustard BBQ Sauce
1 5 oz bag Grain Free Tortilla Chips
Spicy Slaw
8 oz Bagged Coleslaw Mix
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Paleo Mayo
1 tbsp Honey
¼ cup Pickled Jalapenos, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium mixing bowl, add: coleslaw mix, apple cider vinegar, mayo, honey and pickled jalapenos. Toss together until fully combined.
- Preheat your oven to broil. Add one bag of grain free chips evenly on sheet pan and spread pulled pork on top of chips. Drizzle evenly with Noble Made Mustard BBQ Sauce. Broil for 3-5 minutes to warm up.
- Top with spicy slaw and additional pickled jalapenos for garnish.
