Chicken Breakfast Sausages

Prep Time: 45 minutes (includes marinating time)
Yield: 6 sausages
1 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp avocado oil or cooking spray
1. Place chicken thighs, followed by the Noble Made Classic Poultry Seasoning into the bowl of a food processor, pulse until chicken thighs are ground.
2. Form chicken and seasoning mixture into 6 patties, then place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and freeze for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Next bring the avocado oil up to temperature in a skillet on medium heat, then add the chicken sausage patties and cook for 1 minute on each side, reduce the heat to low, cover and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until the chicken breakfast patties are fully cooked.
You may also cook your patties in the air fryer for 7 minutes at 450°F.
4. Rest your sausages for two minutes before serving.
