Whole30 “Honey” Mustard

(Gluten Free, Paleo, Whole30 )

Yield: 16 servings (1 tbsp)



2 tbsp Avocado Oil

1 cup Whole30 Compliant Mayo

2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp Noble Made Coarse-Dijon Mustard

1 cup Date Paste


Date Paste

1 cup Dates Chopped

2 cups Water



  1. To make the date paste, remove the seeds from 1 cup of dates and roughly chop. Place them in a bowl and cover with 2 cups of hot water. Let sit for 1 hour and drain.
  2. Add the soaked dates to a high speed blender along with the avocado oil, mayo, and Noble Made Coarse-Dijon Mustard.
  3. Blend until a smooth consistency is formed. Pour into a glass jar with a lid and keep in the fridge for 5-7 days.
