INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 cup Whole30 Compliant Mayo
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Noble Made Coarse-Dijon Mustard
1 cup Date Paste
Date Paste
1 cup Dates Chopped
2 cups Water
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the date paste, remove the seeds from 1 cup of dates and roughly chop. Place them in a bowl and cover with 2 cups of hot water. Let sit for 1 hour and drain.
- Add the soaked dates to a high speed blender along with the avocado oil, mayo, and Noble Made Coarse-Dijon Mustard.
- Blend until a smooth consistency is formed. Pour into a glass jar with a lid and keep in the fridge for 5-7 days.
