INGREDIENTS
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 White Onion, sliced
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 (14oz) cans Green Beans, drained
8 oz Cream Cheese
¾ cup Shredded Cheddar
½ cup Grated Parmesan
2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
1 tbsp Noble Made Coarse-Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Crumbled Bacon
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
½ tsp Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F to prepare for skillet to go in the oven.
- Cook Ground Beef and Onions: Heat avocado oil in an oven safe skillet over medium high heat. Add in sliced onions and salt, and sauté for 5 minutes or until they begin to turn translucent. Add in ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in Seasonings: Cut cream cheese into blocks and add to ground beef and onion mixture as well as the Coconut Aminos, Coarse-Dijon Mustard and black pepper. Turn heat down to medium and gently stir until cream cheese is melted and everything is combined. Once mixture is combined, fold in drained green beans.
- Top and Bake in Oven: Evenly top green bean casserole with shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon and parmesan cheese. Add skillet to preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted on top. Serve hot.
