INGREDIENTS
1 4-6lb Ham (sugar free, uncured, fully cooked)
Mustard Glaze
1 cup Noble Made Classic Marinade
3 tbsp Noble Made Coarse-Dijon Mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat The Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare Mustard Glaze: In a small sauce pan, add Classic Marinade and whisk in 3 tbsp Coarse Dijon Mustard. Slowly bring to a boil over medium high heat. While it is reducing, stir occasionally to keep from burning. Let marinade reduce until it is ¾ cup total. This will take about 10-15 minutes and will be a syrup-like consistency.
- Prep The Ham: Add ham into a casserole dish and pour 1 cup of water on the bottom. Pour glaze over top of the ham spreading it out until the entire surface area is covered.
- Bake Ham: Cover ham with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes each pound or until it is completely warmed through. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving hot.
