Slow Cooker Pineapple Meatballs

Slow Cooker Pineapple Meatballs are the perfect game day snack food or can be served over rice or spaghetti squash for a full meal.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 3-4 hours (crockpot)

Yield: 8-10 servings (25-30 meatballs)

 

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground Beef, 90/10

1 lb Ground Turkey

1/2 cup Red Onion, minced

2 Eggs

⅓ cup Almond Flour

1 1/2 cups Noble Made Original BBQ Sauce

1 15oz Can Diced Pineapple

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Sea Salt

¼ tsp Black Pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl add ground beef, ground turkey, minced red onion, almond flour, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Mix together with hands until all ingredients are fully combined. Form into 1” meatballs and place on the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl add one can of diced pineapple including the juice along with 1.5 cups of Noble Made Original BBQ Sauce and whisk together.
  3. Pour over top of meatballs in slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours or until meatballs are fully cooked through.
