Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 8 burgers
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds Grass-fed Ground Beef
1/2 cup White Onion, diced small
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 to 2 tbsp Noble Made Original BBQ Sauce
2 packages Butter Lettuce
2 large Tomatoes, sliced thick
1 large Red Onion, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees. Meanwhile, add olive oil and onion to a skillet over medium. Cook 4-5 minutes or until softened and tender.
2. Remove onion from skillet and add to a mixing bowl. Add burger, pepper, sea salt, and Noble Made Original BBQ Sauceto the same mixing bowl. Mix with hands until combined; don't overwork the meat. If you want to add more BBQ sauce, feel free. It might make your burgers less sturdy though.
3. Form about 8 burger patties. Spray grill with avocado oil and grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
4. To assemble: top butter lettuce with burger, a thick slice of tomato and a slice of red onion.
