Buffalo Chicken Salad on Greens

INGREDIENTS 

1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken, Shredded

1 Poblano Pepper, Diced

1/2 cup Red Onion, Diced

1/2 cup Whole30 Compliant Mayo

2 to 3 tbsp. Noble Made Medium Buffalo Sauce

Salt and Pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, including Noble Made Medium Buffalo Sauce.
  2. Lay a bed of butter lettuce in a bowl and top with the buffalo chicken salad.
  3. Serve with crackers for a crunch (Omit if you are on Whole30).
  4. Store leftover salad in an air-tight glass container.
