INGREDIENTS
1 Medium Sweet Potato
1 tbsp. Avocado Oil
1 Chicken Breast, Cooked and Shredded
1/2 cup Noble Made Classic BBQ Sauce
1/2 Avocado, Sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut sweet potato into 1/3-inch rounds and coat with avocado oil. Place on baking sheet and bake for 25 mins.
- Mix shredded chicken with Noble Made Classic BBQ Sauce.
- When sweet potato "buns" are finished cooking, assemble burgers by filling buns with chicken and avocado.
