Sweet Potato BBQ Chicken Sliders

1 Medium Sweet Potato

1 tbsp. Avocado Oil

1 Chicken Breast, Cooked and Shredded

1/2 cup Noble Made Classic BBQ Sauce

1/2 Avocado, Sliced



  1. Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut sweet potato into 1/3-inch rounds and coat with avocado oil. Place on baking sheet and bake for 25 mins.
  2. Mix shredded chicken with Noble Made Classic BBQ Sauce.
  3. When sweet potato "buns" are finished cooking, assemble burgers by filling buns with chicken and avocado.
